Vanilla Brioche French Toast with Blueberry Lavender Preserves and Homemade Whipped Cream

Vanilla, blueberries and lavender, oh my! This is the breakfast of my dreams, and there’s not one word I can think of any more perfect for this French Toast recipe than "irresistible." Yes, it's that good!

Nothing says Monday morning like my alarm going off at 5:30 a.m. after spending a perfect weekend teaching some super fun ladies the art of charcuterie and watching Netflix with my husband. If only weekends could last forever, am I right?!


In all fairness, I LOVE my job and get to work with some of my best friends, so Monday mornings aren’t all that bad. But even still, this morning, I woke up thinking about the French toast I made last Saturday and secretly wishing I had another plate full to enjoy while I stayed in bed. So good, friends!
