Air Fryer Peaches with Low-Sugar Ice Cream, Whipped Cream and Honey Drizzle



Peaches are still in season, and we are trying to enjoy them for as long as we can because we love them! Bennett will slurp a peach with the best of ‘em and laugh as the juices run down his chin. He and Kendall are also major fans of whipped cream from a can, and there’s nothing funnier than their belly laughter when they get the chance to turn one up and squirt it straight into their mouths. So, this dessert is pretty perfect for them!


It’s perfect for us grown folks, too, because it’s very light on the calories and added sugar. Plus, there’s nothing to making this dessert, so if you’re in the mood for a healthy sweet treat and short on time, make these Air Fryer Peaches and load them up with a scoop of vanilla ice cream (no sugar added) or a squirt of whipped cream. You’ll LOVE them!



I like cutting the peaches in half for this recipe because it makes a nice little “bowl” for the ice cream or whipped cream. I also like to dust them with a little sugar in the raw…a teaspoon is all it takes to make the prettiest amber color on the finished peaches.



If you don’t have an air-fryer yet, take my advice and get one now!! Seriously, my air-fryer is one of my absolute favorite kitchen gadgets I own. My husband bought ours as a Christmas gift for me, and I’ve used it for everything from fried ravioli, chicken, sweet potato fries, desserts and on and on and on! I have no doubt you will love owning one, too, because they are so versatile. This one from Amazon serves us perfectly!


For these peaches, preheat your air-fryer to 350 degrees for 3 minutes. Brush the peaches with a little olive oil and place them in the air-fryer to cook for about 5 minutes. Once they’re finished, top them with a scoop of no-sugar-added vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of honey and enjoy immediately while they’re still hot and fresh. 🍑
